Who can purchase electronic raffle tickets on Pixel4Winner Website?

Anyone 18 years of age or older can purchase electronic raffle tickets.

No electronic raffle tickets shall be purchased by, and no Grand Prize shall be paid to an employee, agent, contractor, officier, or director of World Pixel Entertainment, Ltd or any member of their immediate households.

We are unable to accept entries from residents of Costa Rica and the Netherlands.

In order to purchase Tickets, Ticket Purchaser must first be logged in with his current valid "Username" and "Password". What happens if the computerized random drawing does not occur?

In the event that unforeseen circumstances prevent the drawing to be held, all electronic raffle ticket purchasers will promptly receive a 80% refund.

What happens if all electronic raffle tickets are not sold out?

If all 35,000 electronic raffle tickets have not been sold by December 31st, 2009, the drawing will be held on January 15th, 2010. The exact time will be announced later on Pixel4Winner Website. A Grand Prize representing 80% of all monies collected will be awarded.

Why is the electronic raffle ticket price expensive?

Electronic raffle ticket price may seem high but we are only selling 35,000 units so this improves the odds of winning. A $35 electronic raffle ticket has little impact on your lifestyle, while the potential one (1) million dollar payoff would impact your lives greatly.

How many electronic raffle tickets can I purchase?

You can purchase as many electronic raffle tickets as you like, as long as there are some available.

Electronic raffle tickets are available on a first come first serve basis and typically sell out two (2) weeks prior to the drawing.

Can other electronic raffle ticket purchasers acquire my ticket?

No! Each electronic raffle ticket sold is guaranteed to be unique.

Are raffle tickets consecutively numbered? Can I choose my own numbers?

No! Each unique Eight-Digit Ticket Identification Number is randomly generated.

No! You cannot select your own numbers. All numbers are quick-picked.

How will my raffle tickets be delivered?

All raffle tickets will be delivered electronically via e-mail. Your raffle tickets will be e-mailed to you as a PDF attachment. This allows you to print your raffle tickets from any standard printer with Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Do I receive a unique global raffle ticket if I purchase several tickets?

No! After receipt of payment we will issue as many electronic raffle tickets as purchased, and e-mail them to you, within 24 hours. We will use the e-mail address associated with your Purchaser Account.

What if I do not receive my raffle tickets?

If your raffle tickets are not e-mailed to you or you cannot view the raffle tickets attached to the e-mail, log in and visit the "View Order History" page. You will be able to locate your past orders and request us to e-mail you any raffle tickets purchased.

What happens if I lose my electronic raffle ticket?

Do not worry! Just log in and visit the "View Order History" page. You will be able to locate your past orders.

We store all information on secure database server, and run daily backups. In addition, we print all payment notifications received by Moneybookers, as well as all electronic raffle tickets e-mailed to ticket purchasers.

We will also identify your personal information, by checking your Registration Form.

When is the winning electronic raffle ticket picked?

Drawing will be held after all 35,000 electronic raffle tickets are sold.

Drawing date and time will be announced on Pixel4Winner Website (on “Live Draw” page), at least two (2) weeks prior to the drawing.

Drawing will be conducted "LIVE" on Pixel4Winner Website, under the observation of a third-party law firm, using fairness random number generator and Macromedia Flash technology.

How is the Grand Prize determined?

Drawing is determined by a computerized ramdom drawing process.

Drawing will be absolutely fair and truly random.

The winning eight-digit electronic raffle ticket identification number will only be selected from unique raffle ticket identification numbers recorded on database as sold. Since no electronic raffle ticket duplicate identification numbers will be issued, we guarantee that no Grand Prize will be shared.

Electronic raffle ticket purchaser upon which the unique eight-digit ticket identification number matches exactly eight-digit ticket identification number selected (drawn) by Pixel4Winner secure automated drawing process shall be entitled to the Grand Prize of US$ 1,000,000 in cash.

In other words, one (1) electronic raffle ticket identification number will be drawn among all 35,000 electronic raffle tickets sold. The purchaser of that winning electronic raffle ticket identification number will win the Grand Prize.

How do I know if I have won?

By visiting Pixel4Winner Website, the "Live Draw" page, and by checking your e-mail inbox. We will automatically send you an e-mail notification the first working day after the drawing. A certified mail with return receipt will also be sent to the postal address that you entered on the Registration Form.

In order to verify his/her eligibility to claim the Grand Prize, the Winner will be required to complete a "Winner Claim Form".

Do I have to pay tax on the Grand Prize?

No! We will not withhold taxes on the Grand Prize.

However, it is the Winner's responsibility to abide by any relevant tax laws in his/her jurisdiction.

No portion of the purchase price of the electronic raffle ticket is tax-deductible.

Can I avoid having my name released if I am a Winner?

To assure other electronic raffle ticket purchasers that the Grand Prize is fully paid to the Winner, we make public the name and location by city or town, state, country, photography, and comments of the Winner. We will not, however, release the e-mail address, phone number, or postal address of the Winner.

How do I claim my Grand Prize?

1. By the first working day after the drawing, you will receive a notification e-mail and a certified mail with return receipt.

2. You will be e-mailed a "Winner Claim Form", which you must complete with your full name, age, phone number, Moneybookers transaction ID#, current postal address and e-mail. Information provided on this "Winner Claim Form" must be legally valid in order to claim the Grand Prize. You will be required to provide proof that you are the purchaser of the winning electronic raffle ticket. Determination of the winning electronic raffle ticket purchaser shall be exclusively made by World Pixel Entertainment, Ltd whose judgment shall be final. You will be asked to show evidence that you are authorized to use the credit card which paid for the winning electronic raffle ticket.

3. The "Winner Claim Form" fully completed, dated, signed, and accompagnied by a photocopy of a valid identification card will be returned to us, within 30 days. We strongly recommend that a valid postal address is clearly indicated in the "Winner Claim Form" as Grand Prize returned to us as undeliverable will result in the forfeiture of the Winner's claim.

4. After checking the "Winner Claim Form" and attachment, the Grand Prize will be paid out in full, without any deduction whatsoever. Grand Prize is subject to a 48-hour delay, from the date of the receipt of the "Winner Claim Form" and attachment by us.

What happens if I do not claim my Grand Prize or if I am not eligible?

If you found to be ineligible, has not complied with the Official Rules, you will forfeit your Grand Prize and an alternate winning electronic raffle ticket may be selected in another drawing from among the same eligible Tickets as previous Drawing (excluding the forfeiting Ticket Purchaser).

You must claim your Grand Prize within 180 days of drawing date. If you have not claimed Grand Prize in 180 days, an alternate winning electronic raffle ticket may be selected. Winner may waive his/her right to receive the Grand Prize.

How long do I have to collect my Grand Prize?

180 days from drawing date.

Is the Grand Prize transferable?

No! The Grand Prize is nontransferable, the electronic raffle ticket is non-endorsable, and no substitution of prize will be permitted.

How do I cash my Grand Prize?

Once we have verified the "Winner Claim Form" and attachment, we will transfer the Grand Prize to your bank account, anywhere in the world, in US$ funds only. All bank charges will be covered by Pixel4Winner.

The Grand Prize may also be paid by check via express mail (FedEx/UPS/DHL), shipped to the postal address, stated on the "Winner Claim Form".

The winning electronic raffle ticket purchaser will never be required to submit any kind of claims fee or cash sum to receive his Grand Prize.
